AURA HOUSE
The project was born from an unexpected turn of events: during the inspection of the existing building, it became clear that renovation was impossible due to the absence of a proper foundation. This paved the way for the creation of an entirely new concept—a spacious house that seamlessly blends with its surrounding landscape.
The architectural solution centers on flat roofs with wide overhangs, which not only create a striking silhouette but also provide practical natural shading on hot days. The modern character of the building is further emphasized by the carefully selected materials—porcelain stoneware, natural stone, and HPL panels. The south facade, featuring tall panoramic windows, fulfills the owners’ primary wish to establish an uninterrupted connection between the interior of the house and the garden.
Special attention has been given to safety: on the ground floor, within the cloakroom, lies a mamad—a fortified room designed according to Israeli safety standards, ensuring rapid access in case of emergency.
At the heart of the home is a spacious terrace equipped with a BBQ area and pergolas, serving as a natural extension of the kitchen-living room. This multifunctional space is created for the comfortable relaxation of the whole family and for cozy gatherings with friends in the fresh air.
